Thank you for shopping with SEVEN SEVENTEEN! Here's everything you need to know about getting your new favorite pieces to your door.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days(excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding!
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages SEVEN SEVENTEEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact your local carrier or visit your local post office.
